We produce authentic French viennoiserie, sourdoughs, ciabattas and baguettes. Our bread is made with certified NZ Grown Grains, all sourced within the Canterbury region. We use traditional techniques and long fermentation to bring you the most delicious baked goods in town.

Good Friday, 3 April: Riverside Market and Holmwood Road are open. The Tannery is closed.
Saturday, 4 April: All locations are open.
Sunday, 5 April: Riverside Market only.
